§ 1
The owner of the online store www.grocerywala.pl is VISTULA FOODS SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Janki 05-090, at Al. Krakowska 41. These terms and conditions define the rules for transactions in the www.grocerywala.pl store.

§ 2
1. www.grocerywala.pl is an online store through which users can purchase the products offered in it.

§ 3
1. Making purchases through www.grocerywala.pl requires the user's browser to accept cookies.
2. The service operates on a properly configured Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or another browser updated to the latest version and properly configured.

§ 4
1. To place an order, you need to register on the store's website and fill out the form provided on that page.
2. A correctly filled form should contain:
- email address and password for logging in;
- confirmation of reading and accepting these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy;
- the customer's first and last name and address;
- the shipping address and the first and last name of the person authorized to receive the shipment, if different from the customer's details (providing the name of another person in the shipping details is equivalent to authorizing that person by the customer to receive the shipment);
- billing details (if the Buyer wants to receive an invoice);
- phone number.
3. The order is placed by selecting products, choosing the quantity, and clicking the "buy" button. After confirming the selection, the user is redirected to the payment method and order pickup method selection page.
4. The order can be picked up in person at the Vistula Foods office without any additional fee.
5. The order can also be delivered to the address indicated by the Ordering Party for a corresponding fee specified in the delivery price list. The choice of the pickup method occurs after the order is completed.
6. After placing the order, the Ordering Party will receive an email confirming the order acceptance.

§ 5
1. Product prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT.
2. The customer can pay for the products:
- by bank transfer to the company's bank account number;
- by electronic payment;
- upon receipt of the products.

§ 6
1. Product delivery is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place at the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
2. The delivery of ordered products is carried out by postal shipment, courier shipment, or the company's own transport (for Warsaw, delivery is free for purchases over 300 PLN). Any delivery costs will be indicated during the ordering process.
3. The delivery time is from 2 to 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment for the order or the conclusion of the sales contract with payment upon receipt.

§ 7
1. If it turns out that the delivered product does not comply with the order, the Ordering Party has the right to exchange the product for the ordered or new one.
2. The return of the ordered product is at the expense of Vistula Foods, which covers the related costs.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, a new copy compliant with the order is sent to the Ordering Party.
4. In the absence of the ordered and non-defective product, www.grocerywala.pl informs the Ordering Party by email or phone. According to the Ordering Party's choice – the paid amount is returned to their bank account, or another product of the same price chosen by the Ordering Party is sent. The shipping costs are borne by www.grocerywala.pl.
5. According to Art. 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Dz.U.2014.827):
Art. 27. A consumer who has entered into a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Art. 33, Art. 34 sec. 2, and Art. 35.
Art. 28. The period for withdrawal from the contract begins:
1) for a contract under which the entrepreneur transfers the ownership of the item, from the taking possession of the item by the consumer or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the consumer, and in the case of a contract that:
a) covers multiple items that are delivered separately, in batches, or in parts – from taking possession of the last item, batch, or part;
b) involves regular delivery of items for a specified period – from taking possession of the first item;
2) for other contracts – from the date of the contract conclusion.
Art. 29. 1. If the consumer was not informed by the entrepreneur about the right to withdraw from the contract, this right expires 12 months after the end of the period referred to in Art. 27.
2. If the consumer was informed by the entrepreneur about the right to withdraw from the contract before the end of the period referred to in sec. 1, the period for withdrawal from the contract expires 14 days after the consumer was informed of this right.
