Returns and Refunds Policy

§ 1

1. If it turns out that the delivered goods do not match the order, the Ordering Party has the right to exchange the goods for the ordered goods or new ones.

2. The ordered goods are returned to Vistula Foods, which covers the associated costs.

3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, the Ordering Party will be sent a new item matching the order.

4. If the ordered goods are unavailable but not defective, www.grocerywala.pl will inform the Ordering Party by email or phone. At the Ordering Party's discretion, the payment will be refunded to their bank account, or another item of the same price, selected by the Ordering Party, will be sent. Shipping costs will be borne by www.grocerywala.pl.

5. If the Customer fails to collect the order from the parcel locker, the parcel will be returned to the sender (www.grocerywala.pl) and the Customer will be charged a return fee, regardless of any free delivery coupons applied.

6. Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)

Art. 27. A consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34, paragraph 2, and Article 35. 35.

Art. 28. The period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

1) for a contract under which the entrepreneur delivers an item and is obliged to transfer ownership thereof – from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the item, and in the case of a contract that: a) covers multiple items delivered separately, in batches, or in parts – from the moment the last item, batch, or part is taken into possession; b) involves the regular delivery of items over a specified period of time – from the moment the first item is taken into possession;

2) for other contracts – from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Art. 29. 1. If the consumer has not been informed by the entrepreneur of the right to withdraw from the contract, this right expires after 12 months from the expiry of the period referred to in Art. 27. 2. If the consumer has been informed by the trader of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline referred to in paragraph 1, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date the consumer was informed of this right.
