Preparation Method (Serves 4-5):
In a bowl, mix 100 ml of curd (yogurt) with 2 tablespoons of Aachi Paneer Tikka Masala to form a smooth, lump-free paste. Add salt to taste.
Cut 500 g of paneer into cubes and immerse them in hot water briefly. Drain and marinate the paneer pieces with the prepared paste, allowing them to rest for 1-2 hours.
Heat a tava or skillet and roast the marinated paneer pieces on both sides for about 5-10 minutes until they develop a golden-brown color.
Garnish with lemon wedges and onion rings. Serve hot with green chutney.
