Teriyaki is a culinary technique originating in Japan. Its name comes from the word teru (to shine), because marinated dishes naturally glisten. Sensoy Teriyaki Cooking Sauce, thanks to its thick consistency, provides an excellent base for cooking meat, fish, seafood, poultry, vegetables, rice, or pasta. Contains no monosodium glutamate or other flavor enhancers.
Preparation method:
Separate the chicken thigh meat from the bones and brown it in a pan.
Cut the browned meat into slices.
Fry the chopped meat with crushed garlic for about 2 minutes.
Add Sen Soy Premium teriyaki sauce and continue frying for approximately 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
